They've deliberately restricted training positions and demanded insane requirements to get in to training programmes in order to restrict positions with an aim to keep demand and pricing high. There is such thing as ‘no job’ for RMOs in Australia. Regional/remote eg Alice Springs, Darwin, Cairns, Townsville are always crying out for doctors, especially RMOs.
