MDP2 Salary $99,707 - $158,523 p.a. + super + salary packaging
Multiple Full-Time, Temporary 12 month Contracts - 6 months at each site
Term of the Contract: 3 years (in line with clause 55 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement). At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to assist find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3-year contract, if necessary.

About the Role
Join our Upper GI team and help deliver high-quality surgical care across two unique settings. You’ll assess referrals, manage patients, support theatre and drive quality improvement, with 6 months at both The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Alice Springs Hospital.
Assess inpatient, ED and ward referrals
Manage emergency surgical patients
Assist in theatre and patient care
Work with Consultants, Fellows and trainees
Drive quality improvement and education
About You
Bring your clinical skills, sound judgement and collaborative approach to a role where you can make a real difference.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold an MBBS or equivalent
Hold General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia
Bring suitable medical experience
Work well in multidisciplinary teams
Apply sound problem solving and quality improvement skills
