What this counts for

General practice & rural generalism score 10/10
  • hospital 52 weeks post intern
  • agpt hospital training term
  • racgp priority tiers
  • fracgp rg components
  • acrrm core generalist training

Caution: Intern year does not count toward the 52 weeks. More than one year post-intern makes you RPLE-eligible to skip the AGPT hospital term.

Caution: Rural connection tier 4 needs 24 consecutive months in the first-preference region; a single rural term does not confer it.

Other General practice & rural generalism jobs that count

Ophthalmology score 10/10
  • regional exposure
  • eighteen months non ophthalmology
  • two years fte prevocational

Caution: Regional points are all-or-nothing at 2.5: one adult year = 1.25 = zero; three years = 4. Contract must be >=12 months continuous per entry. Bonded schemes and rural scholarships score nothing.
