I’m currently a pgy 2 psych RMO interstate looking to relocate to Brisbane, Gold Coast, or potentially Sunshine Coast for the next intake.

Logan has full year SHOs and 6 month JHO positions (the department there is excellent at supporting people to get on), GCUH has a few, as do IPH and SCUH.

Don't apply to SCUH ED, or SCUH in general and let the hospitals who prioritise your training get your application instead.

I interned at SCUH and had a great year - felt that the culture was pretty good, the med ed team were approachable and friendly and the teaching time was protected.
