I've only worked at WCH and have heard the culture at LMH & FMC is less supportive.

FMC = "Amazing culture, great support, excellent teaching, all the same opportunities as RAH.

CALHN and SALHN are generally considered to have better BPT teaching and higher exam pass rates, but in recent years have also heard good things about NALHN.

ICM: lots of jobs as a registrar, easy to get into CICM training; almost no jobs as a consultant, though, with multiple fellows hanging around the two major centres (RAH and FMC) hoping for a substantive consultant post.

" I'd argue this was never actually as sincere as FMC would have themselves believe, but the culture was apparently much more supportive back in the day.

I’ve loved working at flinders, everyone is generally pretty lovely and I’ve had very few bad experiences at flinders.
