Traralgon had some non-scheme jobs but I’d be very hesitant to take a job there until we see if the Alfred can turn around the toxic dumpster fire that department had become.

I'll be joining Alfred Health next year as an intern and was curious to hear what the consensus is on the health services facilities, culture, opportunities, etc.
Curious you heard on the contrary because all the rave reviews I have heard praise it for these things + the culture is very supportive + with the Bayside merger, you have a potential line to connect up to the Alfred and Cabrini.

I also wouldn't put too much weight into "100% exam pass rate" claims as I'm sure people have heard of, basically all the top Victorian BPT hospitals (RMH, Alfred, Austin, even Bendigo) have achieved this.
